Privacy notice

This site is operated by Jonas Osman Abdelghafour ("we", "I"). This notice explains what personal information is collected here, why, and how it is protected.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. Name, email address, optional company, and the message you send. Stored to reply to your inquiry and, briefly, to prevent abuse.
• Anti-abuse metadata. Approximate IP address and submission timestamps, used only to rate-limit the contact form.
• Server logs. Standard access logs generated by our hosting provider — IP, user agent, URL — retained for operational and security purposes.

No third-party advertising trackers are used. No cookies are set for marketing or profiling. No personal data is sold.

Legal basis

• Consent for optional communications.
• Legitimate interests for replying to inquiries and preventing abuse.
• Legal obligation for accounting and regulatory record-keeping where applicable.

Retention

Contact-form messages are retained for as long as necessary to respond and to keep a reasonable audit trail. Rate-limit records are retained no longer than 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to contact@quanticariskmodel.com. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Data transfers

This site is hosted on infrastructure that may process data outside your country. Appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent) are relied on where required.
